Awesome prototype for an assignment! I like the idea of moving to shoot. It can put the player into a high-risk - high-reward situation which can create quite interesting gameplay.
Simple one button game which was done for a university project.
You can carry up to 3 power-ups. After the timer (hourglass left of the items) runs out, you lose all of them. Collect more items to refresh the timer.
- Attack speed up: increases bullet speed and rate of fire
- Health power up: regenerates healt over time
- Shield: makes you invincible
- SPACE: Fly up and shoot
